[Hinews] SEOUL, South Korea — August 18, 2025 — ROKIT Healthcare, a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in regenerative medicine, announced that it has signed a supply agreement with Alliant Purchasing, a major U.S. group purchasing organization (GPO) that represents more than 35,000 healthcare facilities nationwide.

Through ROKIT’s U.S. partner, Tides Medical, the agreement will allow Alliant’s member hospitals and clinics to access ROKIT’s regenerative medicine portfolio. Alliant negotiates bulk purchasing contracts for healthcare systems, aiming to reduce costs while maintaining clinical quality standards.

This agreement strengthens ROKIT’s presence in the U.S. healthcare market, where GPOs such as Alliant play a central role in hospital procurement and the adoption of new medical technologies.
“This partnership expands access to healthcare providers and broadens opportunities across related industries,” a ROKIT Healthcare spokesperson said. “It marks an important step in strengthening our global supply chain and market presence.”

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
