The assessment, covering patients aged 18 and older treated for breast cancer in 2023, evaluated factors such as medical staff composition, care delivery processes, and treatment outcomes. Key indicators included the availability of specialized personnel, the proportion of multidisciplinary care, the rate of surgeries conducted within 30 days of diagnosis, patient education participation, and post-surgical readmission rates.
